Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Kingston Springs, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
o Removal of existing standing seam metal roof and installation of new standing seam metal roof on approximately 4,000 sqft of covered space. o New roofing color to match existing (Hunter Green or similar). o Install new felt/underlayment. o Install new roof vents and utility piping boots. o Supply any other project materials as necessary o Clean area and haul off all debris when project is completed. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Selection of a recommended bid Bid Award: Thursday, August 17, 2023; 7:00 p.m. Beck Meeting Hall (420 N.
