Deadline for Question submission as they relate to the proposal documents and the walkthrough will be Friday, July 7, 2023 by 3:00 PM, no later. RFI Questions Due Date will be June 30th, 2023 and RFI Responses will be posted to the ShareFile Site by July 13th, 2023 The New York City Economic Development Corporation, through LiRo Program and Construction Management, will issue an RFP to complete work for the New Stapleton Waterfront, Marine Package. Project Description In general, the work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Removal of all debris along the shoreline above seaward extent of proposed waterfront structures. 2. Excavation and re-grading of the existing soil as per construction documents for placement of new leveling pad, precast gravity wall, splashpads, outfalls headwalls, and riprap revetment. 3. installation of a gravity wall and riprap revetment along the shoreline and associated components as shown in construction documents. 4. structures that fall within the marine and upland scope of work to be coordinated with landscaper and civil construction documents as well. The work is located between STA. 18+00 and STA. 64+09 at Stapleton Waterfront in Staten Island, New York 10304, approximately as indicated.
