The Hamlet of Ridgevalley sanitary sewer system consists of a combination of sanitary sewer forcemain and gravity sewer mains connected via sewer manholes. The system conveys sanitary effluent to a lift station which directs the flows to a lagoon system consisting of a facultative cell and a storage cell. The major components of the scope of work to be completed for this project includes the following: Lift Station Wet Well Relining: Establish temporary transfer pump conveyance from upstream collection manhole to downstream collection manhole Remove existing pumps, pump rails, level transducer, and float controls to facilitate the wet well relining Pressure wash and clean existing wet well to remove debris and surface oils Reline existing wet well with 25 mm minimum thick epoxy coating or other cure in place (CIP) liner Reinstallation of all lift station wet well equipment Recommission and return the system to normal operation Manhole Relining: Establish temporary transfer pump conveyance from upstream collection manhole to downstream collection manhole Plug upstream collection line Pressure wash and clean existing manhole to remove debris and surface oils Reline existing manhole with 19 mm minimum thick epoxy coating or other CIP liner Relining to include manhole inlet and outlet penetrations to 150 mm minimum exiting the manhole Remove hole plugs and return the system to normal operation Documents can be obtained from https://m2eng.bidsandtenders.ca/ Bid values are undisclosed.
