Description of Work: The work generally consists of furnishing plants, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, labor, supervision, transportation, and services including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and performing all work and other operations required in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to relining an existing untreated water 96-inch inside diameter prestressed concrete cylinder pipe with a steel liner and installing a concrete isolation vault, and all other appurtenant work as required by the Contract Documents. The Water Authority, at its sole discretion, may or may not award the Base Bid, or Base Bid and one or more Additive Bids. Base Bid and Additive Bids are generally described below and more fully described within the Contract Documents. Job Location West of I-15 between Sage Road and Mountain View Road Location of Work: The project site is in the northern part of San Diego County along the Water Authority's Second Aqueduct. The reline portion of the project is west of the Interstate 15 freeway between Sage Road and Mountain View Road, and spans across the San Luis Rey Canyon. The isolation vault is located in the vicinity of 4050 Citrus Drive, Fallbrook, California 92028. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
