Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Republic, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 23, 2024, project has been awarded. The City of Republic is requesting an engineer or engineering firm to provide the following professional services as they relate to the construction of a new water tower and well on a parcel of land that lies south of Farm Road 144 and northeast of James River Freeway. Feasibility Study Preliminary Design Geotechnical Investigation Final Design of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) Construction Management Documentation and Grant Management Bidders must provide a bid guarantee equivalent to five percent of the bid price. The bid guarantee may be a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument Successful bidders must provide a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price Successful bidders to provide a payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price.
