Renovation of a fire / police facility in Chattaroy, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,720-square-foot, three-story above grade fire / police facility.
There will be no formal Pre-Bid Site Walk-Through, but the site is open and bidders are welcome to visit to familiarize themselves with the layout and existing features of the site.No partial sets will be issued. Bid Requirements: Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to Spokane County Fire District No. 4 in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of bid. No bidder may withdraw or modify their bid after the hour set for opening thereof, unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days. Rejection of Bids: The Spokane County Fire District No. 4 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities therein.
