Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18-story above grade multi-residential development.
The work is being done in an 18 storey elderly person apartment building to replace the existing rooftop Make-Up Air unit, including air conditioner condenser and associated electrical and structural equipment and modifications. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. Deadline for questions August 1, 2023. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address. Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/08/01 04:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
