The Town of Zebulon is pleased to accept sealed proposals for the demolition of the Zebulon Swimming Pool Facility.Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Zebulon for providing labor, material, and equipment entering into a Single Prime Contract for the Zebulon Swimming Pool Facility Demolition. The project includes the demolition of the bathhouse, swimming pools, pool equipment, and parking lot. The Town of Zebulon has an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting, and conducting business with women and minority-owned enterprises in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS 143-8. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. The Town of Zebulon reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding documents and does not exceed the funds available.
