Site work for a mixed-use development in Fort Hood, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Bldg. 90132 Communications Infrastructure Upgrade as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Contractor shall ensure for the cabling pathways and spaces that distribute and support the cable and connecting hardware within the building and work areas, that building distribution frame equipment and structures to support cabling are installed in accordance with UFC 3-580-01, I3A and T-IDG (Chap. 2, Sect. 2.5.12; Chap. 3, Sect 3.6; Chap. 4, Sect. 4.3; and Chap. 5, Sect. 5.5). The pathways and spaces are not inclusive to the telecommunication rooms (TRs), main distribution frame (MDF), and intermediate distribution frame (IDF). All questions shall be sent via email to SSG Miguel Flores, at Miguel.G.Flores.mil@army mil no later than 12:00 PM, CDT, on 31 July 2023. Late questions may not be answered.
