CR Number: 2100206 Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting competitive proposals from Bidders who provide as-needed repairs and maintenance of doors and door hardware as well as purchasing and installation of doors and door hardware. After contract award, the successful Bidder(s), shall provide Services in compliance with Roswell Park requirements, industry standards, and all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 3 - 6 years Roswell Park will accept questions from Bidders regarding this RFP until Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Questions must be submitted via email to: Robert Henschel at Robert.Henschel@roswellpark.org. Bidders must reference the RFP number and title in the subject line of the email. As part of Roswell Parks response to Bidders questions, ALL Bidders questions and the associated answers will be shared collectively with all Bidders. The term of the Resultant Agreement(s) will be for a 3-year initial term (the Term) which shall automatically renew for three (3) successive one (1) year renewal terms unless written notice of nonrenewal by Roswell Park is given at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term. Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years:Gorenflos Buffalo Wholesale Lock Co., Inc. The approximate yearly spend on Services is between $175,000 and $225,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
