Renovation of a mixed-use development in Denville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Requests for such interpretations, to be given consideration, should be received, in writing, directed to the Project Architect, no later than 4:00 p.m. prevailing time, nine business days before the bid opening. Requests received after the date and time indicated may not be considered, at the discrection of the Architect. The Project consists of HVAC Upgrades at the School of Technology, 400 East Main Street, Denville, NJ as required by the Contract Documents for the Morris County Vocational Technical School District. B. The project is a single-prime, lump sum, all trades, all-inclusive project. C. Time is of the essence. D. The extent of the contract work is indicated in the Contract Documents. E. The Contractor shall employ his workers for overtime work if required to meet the completion dates, at no additional cost to the Owner. F. The scope of the work shall not be limited to what is specifically called out on the drawings or specifications, but shall include any and all selective demolition as well as any cutting and patching as may be required to accomplish the intended construction.
