As of December 15, 2023, the project has been placed on hold and there are no further construction timeline details as of yet. Further updates are not expected to be released prior to 2024. Reference Number 0000326303 Project consists of HVAC upgrades and associated work as indicated on Drawings and in Specifications. Note that this bid is for all trades with the exception of electrical trades . The electrical trades drawings are still included in the drawing package for coordination purposes. Questions are submitted online No Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
