Site work for a water / sewer project in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 14, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The project site consists of two locations along the south side of Anthracite Road, approximately 175ft and 300ft North of Rexmont Road, as well as two locations along the eastern side of Walker Street, approximately 100ft and 510ft north of Anthracite Road. Proposed improvements include the construction of a detention / infiltration basin, three retentive berm areas and various downslope riparian buffer zones, with tree planting areas located throughout the project limits. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Questions shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature within PennBid. Question Deadline 08/08/2023 at 10:00 AM ET. Cornwall Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
