Vertical circulation includes exit access stairs. The scope also includes minimal mechanical and electrical systems work To replace, clean and reconnect devices and grilles. Electrical work Includes replacing existing light fixtures with new led fixtures. The plumbing scope is most extensive to include removal of all associated Components for a replacement in kind" with all new fixtures to be Compatible with existing rough-ins.
