Renovation of an educational facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Renovations of restrooms in a 2- story existing school building are Considered level 1 alteration by the international existing building code (iebc). The work inludes replacement of existing restroom doors, Plumbing fixtures, and toilet partitions. New finishes will be applied Throughout. Existing lighting will be replaced with new led fixtures. The existing superstructure consists of structural reinforced Concrete. The facade is composed primarily of brick veneer with masonry Backup, with areas of aluminum storefront framing and windows. The floors are reinforced concrete planks with a 2" topping slab. The Roof assembly consists of rigid insulation over concrete planks topped With a roof membrane. Vertical circulation includes exit access stairs. The scope also includes minimal mechanical and electrical systems work To replace, clean and reconnect devices and grilles. Electrical work Includes replacing existing light fixtures with new led fixtures. The plumbing scope is most extensive to include removal of all associated Components for a replacement in kind" with all new fixtures to be Compatible with existing rough-ins.
