AU questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer at least five ( 5 ) days before the established date for Bid opening. A Performance Bond, a Labor and Materialmen (Payment) Bond, and Maintenance Bond in the forms which are inserted after the Contract Agreement and each in the sum as herein specified and duly executed by the successful Bidder and Principal and by a surety company qualified to do business under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (signed by an Agent or Attorney-in-Fact who is a resident of Pennsylvanta) and satisfactory to tire Owner. as Surety , will be required tor the faithful performance ofthe Contract, the payment for labor and materials and for the guarantee and maintenance of the work.
