Work on this contract requires that the contractor hold a current water well pump installation contractors license in good standing in the State of Illinois and that he demonstrates proof of his successful completion of 10 projects with similar scope within the past five years. The base bid shall include the cost to mobilize equipment, materials, and labor on site to pull the pump and submersible motor from each of two wells (Wells 1 and 2), and to reinstall a new pump and motor back into each well, disinfection, pump testing (minimum of 4 hours) after the new pump and motor are installed, checking electrical performance of the motor, and to de-mobilize upon completion of project. Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid Waubonsee Community College reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
