Awardee: ZeusCon, LLC, $3,244,810.50 Generation Park South Pond Non-Potable Water Pump Station Contract includes a non-potable water pump station to utilize the collected stormwater in the adjacent detention pond to serve the irrigation needs of Generation Park Management District. The work will include furnishing and installation of equipment, site work, and extension of concrete driveway and underground utilites such as waterline, non-potable waterline, and electrical duct bank. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid, including any and all alternates called for in the Bid Form, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The successful bidder receiving the contract award must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) each of the Total Contract price. Each such bond shall be executed by the corporate surety duly authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in a Bid not involving price, time or changes in the Work. 2305190142
