Construction, Landscaping, Erosion Control/Slope, Bank Stabilization, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Grade and Surface, Grubbing & Clearing, Stormwater Improvements, Erosion Control - Temporary The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Proposal 1. Site Grading Work includes approximately 52,000 cubic yards of site grading at an undeveloped site to prepare the site for a future building project, grading, topsoil placement, erosion control, and restoration. Proposal 2. Ditch Grading Work includes grading an existing ditch swale, removal of vegetation, erosion control, and turf restoration. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. 1230 South Boulevard, Baraboo, WI 53913.
