Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of September 15, 2023, the project is canceled. Project will be rebid on 2024.** It shall be the intent and purpose of these Bidding Documents to outline in detail the terms and conditions under which a successful Bidder (hereafter "Contractor") shall provide the required labor, supplies, and equipment needed to deliver to the County of Northampton, Public Works Division, (hereafter "County") Gracedale Avenue Repaving Project in full compliance with theses Bidding documents and subsequent Contract. The Drawings and Specifications are intended to provide a complete and perfectly operating system. It is understood and agreed by all parties that anything; labor, supplies/material, and/or equipment, which are not specifically detailed or shown in the Drawings and/or Specifications but are necessary for the full and complete operation as the complete and perfect system as intended shall be provided by the Contractor as part of said Contract at no additional cost to the County, as though specifically detailed in the Drawings and Specifications. A security deposit, in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the base bid amount is required at the time of submission of bids. The security deposit shall guarantee that the successful bidder will fully and faithfully comply with all of the terms of the bid and enter into a formal Contract and give bond in accordance therewith. A Performance Bond, in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the award shall be submitted to the Div. of Procurement to guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract in accordance with the plans, specifications, and conditions of the Contract. A Payment Bond, in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the award shall be submitted to the Div. of Procurement to guarantee the payment of all labor, materials, rental costs, etc in the prosecution of the Contract and shall be conditioned for the prompt payment of all such materials furnished or labor supplied or performed in the prosecution of the Contract. A Maintenance Bond, in the amount of fifteen (15%) percent of the total amount of the award shall be submitted to the Div. of Procurement to guarantee against defective workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) years from the date of substantial completion
