Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Arthur, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
1.Removal of approximately 38,830 ft2 existing roof membrane c/w perimeter flashing, spot reparations to approximately 2130 ft2 of existing insulation, addition of approximately 38,830 ft2 of new tapered insulation & roofing membrane, c/w new perimeter flashing. 2.Removal of approximately 1860 ft2 of existing roof membrane c/w perimeter flashing & 1860 ft2 of existing saturated insulation. Addition of same area of new sloped insulation & roof membrane, c/w new perimeter flashing. 3.Spot repair to approximately 200 ft2 of existing roof assembly on separate roofs, where roof membrane is damaged & existing insulation is saturated, but the existing roof assembly is to remain.
