Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Durham, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

On behalf of the Transportation Department's Office of Parking Management, the General Services Department seeks to obtain the services of a qualified company to provide the services outlined herein. Anticipated services include: structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and building envelope / waterproofing engineering related to parking garage repair. Best industry practices and/or best management practices may require additional services. Provide information about each firm in the project team. Identify capabilities and experiences, the number of employees and location and number of years in business under its current name. Identify the scope of services to be provided under this project. Parking / garage systems to be addressed in this project included structural, waterproofing, operational, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and aesthetics. The Project also developed a 10-year master maintenance program that includes capital improvements for maintenance, repair, demolition and/or replacement of the following garages.
