Renovation of a military facility in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
As of August 9, 2024, construction is complete and the restaurant is operational at this site. This project will replace the Arby's in the Smoke Bomb Hill Mini Mall with a Panera Bread Concept. This project will rearrange interior space to allow for the effective use of existing space. Mechanical and electrical systems will be modified to meet Panera Bread food equipment requirements. N Finish will be replaced to meet Panera Bread trade dress/branding standards. Location: Ft. Liberty, NC (Formerly Ft. Bragg) Value Range: $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
