Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reedsville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovations at existing classrooms shall include installation of new metal stud and drywall partitions new classroom entry doors, and some limited work at the ceilings and finishes. The Concession Stand work is an addition onto the exiting building and will include new doors, roll-down window, stainless steel countertops and sills, and some limited site and utility work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: West Preston School Classroom Renovations & Concession Stand The Work will be substantially completed within 150 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed andready forfinal paymentwithin 30 days afterthe date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $750 per day Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Preston County Board ofEducation in an amount equal to five percent (5%) ofthe base bid. The Preston County Board ofEducation reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
