Currently bidding is scheduled for Q3 2025 at earliest, with construction starting later that year. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Puyallup is seeking implementation of protected bicycle lanes on West Steward Ave. beginning from 23rd St. NW towards 7th St. NW, continuing to 5th Ave. NW to 4th St. NW, then continuing from 4th St. NW to River Road, and crossing River Road to provide bicycle traffic a dedicated route to trails and recreational access points. The City reserves the right to determine which submittal is in the Citys best interest and to award the contract on that basis, to reject any and all submittals, waive any irregularities of any submittal, and negotiate with any potential consultant if such is deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
