Renovation of a mixed-use development in St. John's, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) Question Deadline 07/30/2023 at 2:30 PM NT The scope of this contract includes the supply of labour, materials, and equipment for concrete repair for the following District Schools located in the Avalon East area. All work must be completed by August 27, 2023. Award will be made by issuance of purchase order. Bidders shall submit a Bid Bond of at least 10% of the Total Tender Price, if the tendered amount is $25,000 or greater (before HST), in the form of one of the following: 1) Certified Cheque Excavate minimum 4" below base of existing walkway. Prepare ground for new concrete with 4" of compacted class "A" gravel base The scope of this contract includes the supply of labour, materials, and equipment for concrete repair for the following District Schools located in the Avalon East area: Beachy Cove Elementary Bishop Abraham Elementary Frank Roberts Junior High Gould's Elementary Horizon Academy Mount Pearl Intermediate Mount Pearl Senior High #1 Mount Pearl Senior High #2 St George's Elementary St Kevin's High School St Peter's Junior High Villanova Junior High Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
