The scope of work for this project generally includes provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary to complete the repairs and improvements to the following bridges in St. Johns County: Bridge No. 784016 CR-13 over Paynes Branch; Bridge No. 784018 CR-214 over Cowan Swamp; Bridge No. 784020 CR-13A over Branch of Six Mile Creek; Bridge No. 784049 Sandy Creek Parkway over Sampson Creek; and Bridge No. 784098 CR-244 over creek. Bidders shall promptly notify the Designated Point of Contact of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error which they may discover upon examination of the Bid Documents or of the site and local conditions. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid Documents shall make a written request to the Designated Point of Contact by or before the deadline for questions as provided herein. An interpretation, correction or change of the Bid Documents will be made by Addendum. Interpretations, corrections, or changes of the Bid Documents made in any other manner will not be binding, and Bidders must not rely upon such interpretations, corrections, or changes. No change will be made to the Bid Documents by the County less than seven (7) days prior to the submittal deadline for Bids. The County, however, reserves the right to issue addendums at any time prior to the submittal deadline for Bids in order to serve the best interest of the County.
