Cabinet Heights Watermain Replacement Project The Project includes the following Work: Schedule 1 - Work generally consists of procuring and installing approximately 1,445 lineal feet of 12-inch PVC watermain, valves, fittings and other appurtenances by open cut methods, abandonment of existing 6-inch steel watermain and restoration of streets and alley. Schedule 2 - Work generally consists of procuring and installing approximately 715 lineal feet of 12-inch PVC watermain, valves, fittings and other appurtenances by open cut methods, abandonment of existing 6-inch steel watermain and restoration of streets and alley. Bid Award contingent upon availability of funding. Bids are requested for the following Contract: o Contract No. 1 - General Construction Other conditions applicable to the procurement of this Contract are described in Section 00200 - Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents and the bids will be evaluated by the procedure described in Article 18 of the Instructions to Bidders. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $1,150,000. The Project has an expected duration of 60 calendar days for construction activities. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
