These repairs and services may include, but are not limited to: installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems; investigate and locate sources of leaks; repairing cuts, holes, tears, cracks, seam separations, or other damage of the roof membrane allowing water entry; repair or replace flashing damage, parapet flashing, scupper, and down spout repair; and high quality repairs such as cut out and rebuild of layers of material rather than applying mastic. Contract Period up to five (5) years. LCCC may award a contract to more than one company. A resulting contract is not a guarantee that services will be required or purchased under the contract. LCCC will not be obligated to make any purchase there under, should no services be required. Pricing: rate sheets should include pricing that is valid from 8/10/2023 through 6/30/2025; awarded contractor(s) may then submit new rate sheets valid for the remaining contract period.
