Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lake Jackson, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Contractor will remove and replace all existing fencing at the six (6) Softball Fields at the Danny Webb Youth Softball Complex. Please refer to Exhibit 2. The Contractor will need to inspect existing conditions and make individual take off measurements to establish a lump-sum work item. Total material required is approximate: + 4,250 LF Fencing + 950 LF Dugout Fencing + 250 LF Throwing Backstop + 600 LF Backstop Fabric + 12,000 SF Backstop Netting Fence rails are to be 1 5/8-inch outer diameter with a minimum 2.27 pounds per linear foot weight. All connectors, caps, and hardware are to be preapproved galvanized material. The fence fabric is to be 9-gauge 2-ounce galvanized without PVC coating. Bid Bond or Cashiers Check. If you are delivering your envelope in-person, be sure to stop by the cashiers desk at City Hall, so that they can time and date stamp your envelope.
