Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.

The project is a replacement of the existing Indian Springs elementary, middle, and high school located on a developed 37.2 acre parcel at 400 Sky Road, Indian Springs, Nevada 89018. The work consists of the construction of a new elementary, middle, and high school on the existing school site. The existing school will remain occupied and functional during construction of the new school. Construction will be phased to include: abatement and demolition of the existing school buildings; construction of new ball fields, courts, parking lot, and off-site improvements; and installation of new services for wet and dry utilities. The budget for construction cost for each project is $76,923,000.00 All general contractors must be pre-qualified with the Clark County School District and possess a Certificate of Eligibility from the Nevada State Contractors Board prior to submitting the Request for Qualification. The CMAR will provide the required pre-construction and construction services. Preconstruction services shall include assisting the design team with constructability matters, construction cost, value engineering, fast track options and scheduling. The construction services shall include determining a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), procurement of all subcontractor contracts, and managing construction of the project. The estimated CMAR Phases will be Preconstruction Phase Services, October 23, 2023 September 20, 2024 and Construction Services, May 27, 2025 March 28, 2027.
