No bids will be accepted from any Bidder who has not submitted a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified. All bidders must submit a prequalification form regardless of previous submittal of similar forms Site Directions: 2255 76th St, Franksville, WI 53126 Asphalt pavement replacement: 2800 SY pulverize bituminous pavement and remove, fine grading for asphalt pavement placement, 240 TON bituminous surface course, 400 TON Bituminous Binder Course, 650 GAL Bituminous Tack Coat, and erosion control. Alternates are included within this project, and if awarded by the Village, additional pulverizing and asphalt quantities may be a part of this project. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
