All work shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and/or Drawing . Construction Solicitation Announcement Number: NM-AN0000-23-01401 Project Title: Mezzanine Extension Installations; Lakeland, FL T The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA), Aircraft Operations center (AOC), Lakeland, FL, has a requirement for the "turn-key" installation of mezzanine platform structure extension to connect to existing mezzanine in the warehouse. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and/or Drawing . Completion of all work is expected within 30 days of award. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for the work described below is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $45 million. The project shall be completed within thirty (30) days after notice to proceed and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The estimated of this project is greater than $25,000. Install mezzanine platform structure extension to connect to existing mezzanine in the warehouse as "turn-key"operation and pricing. The warehouse area is fully enclosed and climate controlled. All mezzanine extensions must be made of steel with Resindek type decking, enclosed with railing with kickplates, powder coat painted and match in color, be 14 feet from floor to deck, have a design load of 125 pounds per square foot, have their own respective railed stair access (closed treads and risers), and meet OSHA standards for safety.
