Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description: IPDVS Installations Performance Period: 330 Continuous Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: Five Hundred ($500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract. Pursuant to the SCA's authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. If the Bidder is not prequalified at the time of the bid opening its bid will not be accepted. All questions by prospective bidders concerning this solicitation should be directed, in writing at least three (3) business days prior to the originally scheduled, or, if applicable, postponed bid opening date to rfimentor@nycsca.org using the project solicitation number in the subject line as indicated in the following example: RFIMENTOR 23-12345D-1 Smith and Jones Construction.
