This Contract provides for the rehabilitation of the exterior of the Shelton Civic Center. The Base Bid for this project will include preparation and repainting of exterior surfaces including siding, soffits, fascia and trim, edges, selective replacement of damaged siding, new trim band at the base of existing siding in certain locations, and other related items of work. The Contractor will have 35 (thirty-five) working days, to complete the work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Bidders must be registered on the City of Shelton MRSC Small Works Roster at the time of bid deadline to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. Bids received after the date and time specified above will be rejected and considered non-responsive. There will not be a public opening of the bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated cost: $100,000 - $155,000 Bond Accompanying Bid: This form is to be executed by the bidder and the surety company unless bid is accompanied by a certified check. The amount of this bond shall be not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Checks shall be payable to the City of Shelton. Bonds shall be furnished by a company authorized to do business in the State of Washington.
