Renovation of a medical facility in Saint-Eustache, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a 185,000-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility.
Program of maintenance and improvements to Saint-Eustache Hospital located at 520 Arthur-Sauvé Boulevard. The scope of this construction phase includes major interior renovations and redevelopments, upgrades to the emergency department, addition of a short-term care unit and addition of a brief mental health hospitalization unit. The real estate solution chosen will take into consideration a global vision of development of the facilities according to the clinical needs projected in a perspective of 2036. TIMELINE: The project is in a business case stage including the detailed engineering, the final architecture, and the site logistics. Timelines of further project development are dependent on the final ministerial validation of the business case, required to launch the construction tenders. According to the currently available information construction start is not anticipated before late 2026/early 2027. Note. The project is included in the list of major project of the Quebec Treasury Bord Secretariat under ht number 264.
