Renovation of a detention facility in Clinton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of August 17, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 24, 2023. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for ALL work. The contract will be awarded on August 24, 2023, with a project completion date of November 30, 2023 The proposed project herein specified and described includes the following work: To remove existing rubber membrane roof and install Thermoplastic-Polyolefin roofing and anodized aluminum caps without damage to the existing roof insulation or roof structure. All old roofing materials shall be removed from the site. Bid Alternates include: None. Any and all costs for materials and labor shall be included in the proposed amount. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bank draft, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to DeWitt County, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, or BID bond in the same amount The owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids received, to determine the lowest responsible bidder or reject any or all bids
