Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, needs a firm to conceptualize and
build additional world class motocross facilities to include tracks at the County's world class
motocross facility, Bone Valley ATV Park, located at 10427 CR 630 W. Mulberry, Florida 33960,
that is still under development. Services will include, but are not limited to, maintenance,
renovation, consultation, training, operations, special event assistance and further development
of the property.
It is the intent of Polk County to sole source this project to Dream Traxx, LLC, a Florida limited
liability company ("Dream Traxx").
SCOPE OF SERVICES/QUALIFICATIONS
Parks and Natural Resources Division partnered with Dream Traxx, LLC to complete and
develop the original 200 acres of the park and is now in the process of developing an additional
300 acres. The services are to include a junior track, pro track and a four-wheeler track. The
intent of the world class motocross facility is to make Bone Valley ATV Park a renowned
destination for motocross enthusiasts around the world and to be desirable for special events.
As such, the County is looking to partner with a firm with successful experience in
conceptualizing and building world class motocross facilities. At a minimum the firm chosen
should have conceptualized and built 5 similar facilities, two of which are located outside the
United States. Additionally, the firm chosen should have constructed tracks for a minimum of 2
world events over the past 5 years. This will ensure Polk County that the firm's reputation will
attract motocross and ATV enthusiasts from across the world making Bone Valley ATV Park a
renowned destination for special events.
It is the County's intent to enter into an agreement with Dream Traxx, LLC for five (5) years, to
conceptualize and build additional world class motocross facilities to include tracks for use by
both amateurs and professionals. Services will also include but are not limited to the
maintenance, renovation, consultation, training, operations, special event assistance and further
development of the property. Future extensions may be approved with mutual agreement of both

The available budget for the first year of the five (5) year agreement is $250,000 and is subject
to increase or decrease based on funding availability
