A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Contract No. ND1492 NI-15 and NI-21 Easement Improvements, the Work, includes, but is not necessarily limited to the construction of approximately 7,968 LF of a new gravel utility access road, low water crossings geocell grids, silt fencing and posts installation and removal, site clearing and grubbing, grading, site restoration, and clean-up in accordance with this specification. The site is located at NI-15 and NI-21 interceptors utility easements, Jackson Township, Ocean County, NJ. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:ll-21, each Bid shall enclose Bid Security, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders, in the amount often percent (10%) of the Bidder's Bid, but not in excess of $20,000. The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development Prevailing Wage Determination for the Work is Confirmation No. 79469. All questions or inquiries concerning the Bidding Documents, or the Work shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer The Owner will act within sixty (60) days after the date of Bid opening to award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder, reject all Bids or take any other appropriate action. The Owner expressly reserves the right to reject Bids, waive any minor informalities or non-material exceptions, re-advertise for Bids or withhold the award for any reason the Owner determines, in accordance with the applicable law. Any award may be made beyond sixty (60) days after any agreed upon extension of the award period, between the Bidders and Owner.
