Project # 671A4-22-172 Remove/Replace Med Air Vacuum System The Magnitude of the construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 238220 (19 M). Pre-Bid Site Visit shall be held on November 21st, 2024 @ 930 CST. All interested Contactors shall meet at the Kerrville VA Medical Center Building 29 on the 2nd Floor located at 3600 Memorial Blvd. Kerrville, Texas 78028 POC for site visit shall be COR Mark Venti. Cut off for submission of RFI(s)/Questions shall be December 5th, 2024 @ 5:00 PM CST. All RFI(s)/Questions must be emailed to the following email: jose.reveles@va.gov. Please include the solicitation No. 36C25725B0001 on subject line of your email when submitting your RFI questions or bid package. RFI answers shall be posted in SAM.gov on or around December 13th, 2024, no later than 5:00 PM CST. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 180 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (construction NTP). After contract award the Contracting Officer (CO) will notify the contractor under separate correspondence when to proceed with security and badging, for which the contractor will be allowed 60 calendar days to complete . SCHEDULE OF WORK Work shall start within 14 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), at least 7 calendar days prior to starting work. The Contractor shall schedule/coordinate all work with COR. The period of performance is estimated to be on or about June 1, 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
