The county commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity of bids, should same be to the advantage of the county a) A bond for the full amount of the bid; or b) A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PER CENT (10%) of the bid. The successful vendor must replace the ten percent (10%) bid bond with a one-hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond upon award of the bid. Engineers Estimate: $4,983,232.05 Statements of Qualification Shall Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Identified as “construction Administration Services, Administration Building Elevator Modernization” and Must Have the Full Name and Address of the Bidder on the Envelope. The County Commissioners Reserve the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities of Statements, Should Same Be to the Advantage of the County.
