The City of Homestead Public Works and Engineering Department is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the furnishing of all materials, labor and system integration needed for the City of Homestead Water AMI Meter Replacement project. Funding for this project has been made possible through a grant from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). All procurement and contracting for these services shall follow state and federal regulations including but not limited to 2 CFR, Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509.
