Site work for a municipal facility in Aklavik, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The successful Bidder is to install fencing using supplied fencing materials at the YK River Maintenance Yard located approximately 11km from Yellowknife on Pumphouse #2 Road across from the YK River Day Use Area on the Ingraham Trail. The installation will occur in 3 phases. Phase 1 and 2 are to be completed by August 31, 2023. Phase 3 is to be completed by October 31, 2023 Phase 1: The successful Bidder will install a 164-metre fence using the supplied materials. There will be 4 corner posts and a post every 10 feet along the perimeter of the new fence. The successful Bidder will also place a gate midway on the side facing the highway along with fencing fabric along the entire gate. The area has already been cleared of trees for installation. Phase 2: The successful Bidder will remove the existing 36.4m fence side that was shared between the original fencing and the Phase 1 fencing in a manner that will allow that material to be reinstalled later. Once Phase 2 is complete ITI will be having the area graded between the two lots as well as having geotextile and crush placed separate from this scope of work. Phase 3: When the area is ready, the successful Bidder will reinstall the fence that they removed in Phase 2. Other Bidder: 507829 NWT Inc. - $110,000 Award is subject to final approval.
