Southwest Solutions Group was awarded this project for $960,450.00. The NTP was August 22, 2023. The work consists of: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the construction of work described in the design documents titled Consortium Library Room 311 Archive Shelving Envelope and Shelving Upgrades dated June 5, 2023. Contractor will be required to complete the construction of their scope of work after room is cleared out (9/18/2023) and within the time window provided. Contractor will be responsible for the installation of nine (9) total additional shelving units (approx. 36" wide each) at the UC as depicted on the floor plan by 8/18/2023. Shelving units are OFCI and identical to attached sample photos. They will require anchoring to the floor.
