The proposed project consists of all labor, equipment, and material to conduct a visual inspection of the internal/external walls of water storage structures, remove internal sediment/debris, offsite disposal of sediment, and a detailed report on findings for thirteen (13) water storage structures. All work will be performed while the water storage structures remain active. The project is located across nine (9) sites in the Dunkard, Perry, Greene, Monongahela, Cumberland, and Whitely Townships, Greene County, Pennsylvania. All proposals must be submitted on the Form of Proposal supplied by East Dunkard Water Authority, the Owner, and shall be subject to all requirements of the Request for Proposals, including the product descriptions, and these Instructions to Contractors. All Proposals must be regular in every respect and no inter-lineations, excisions, or special conditions shall be made or included in the Form of Proposal by the Contractor. Proposals received after the closing date and time noted above, will not be considered. Sole responsibility rests with the submitter to ensure that their proposal is received on time at the stated location. Late proposals will be returned unopened at the Contractors request and expense Greene Countys Community Development Block Grant encourages the participation of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) for this project.
