Work of the Project includes construction of: - Demolition of existing park amenities, asphalt removal, and concrete removal. Park improvements including new pickleball courts, expanded basketball courts, shelter and plaza area, expanded asphalt parking lot, landscaping, drinking fountain, and storm water improvements All of the above items including site work, piping, electrical, demolition and all other incidental work necessary for construction of the project as described in the project documents, whether explicitly indicated or not. The Contractor shall provide all resources needed to complete the work in a quality manner according to the specified schedule
