Project Summary: The Town of Queen Creek's Capital Improvements Department is accepting proposals from qualified Mechanical and Plumbing Contractors, to provide construction services, on an as needed basis, for a broad range of building, altering, maintaining, repairing or improving Mechanical/HVAC and Plumbing systems owned and operated by the Town. Subsequent projects resulting from this contract will range in size and scope and at public facilities throughout the jurisdiction of the Town of Queen Creek. The Town's intent with this JOC contract is to select qualified, multi-discipline Contractors who are capable of self-performing the majority of both the Mechanical/HVAC and Plumbing services requested. Mechanical/HVAC only or Plumbing only Contractors would not meet this requirement considering the services requested under this JOC are for both disciplines. The resulting term contract will be for an initial two (2) year term with an option, at the Town's sole discretion, to extend annually for three (3) additional, one-year periods for a total length of contract not to exceed five (5) years total. Renewal of the contract will be based on the successful performance by the JOC contractor and the needs of the Town. Any individual Job Order maximum amount will not exceed $3,000,000
