O.C.G.A. 43-14 and 43-41. Failure to provide the bidder's license or qualification number on the outside of the sealed proposal will result in rejection of the bid. If the Contract is to be awarded, Owner will award the Contract on the basis of the base bid alone. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time of 30 calendar days. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment submitted once per month as provided in the General Conditions.
