The City of Waterbury (the "City") seeks Proposals from qualified solar developers (the "Proposers") to provide municipal Virtual Net Metering ("VNM") offtake from a solar photovoltaic clean energy system(s) (the "System") totaling no more than 5 MW-AC in Eversource territory that will offset up to 9,000,000 kWh/year of the City's electrical load. The System would participate in the Non-residential Renewable Energy Solutions program (the "NRES Program"), with VNM for State, Agricultural, and Municipal ("SAM") properties, administered by Eversource. CSW LLC d/b/a CSW Energy ("CSW") is acting as Project Manager on behalf of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
