As of October 10, 2023, bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Remove existing roofing materials and replace with Owens Corning Duration 40 year or equal or better asphalt architectural shingles and accessories. a. Remove existing asphalt shingles and underlayment on Town Hall roof. b. Replace roof cap, roof ridge vents, gutter apron, D roofing edge, and vale tins. Replace underlayment with Rhino Roof or equal or better for a complete roof replacement. c. Apply ice and water shield on eave edges 3 feet up from eves and in valleys. d. Install Owens Corning Duration 40- year lifetime shingles equal or better over new felt and ice/water shields. e. Install new metal drip edge and install new flashing in valleys. f. Install new rubber soil stack flashing as needed. g. Install shingles-over ridge vent. h. Complete site cleanup and hauling away debris shall be included in bid price. i. Provide in writing all warranty terms for both labor and materials. II. Provide Proof of liability insurance. Current and active Certification of Insurance Must accompany all bids. List of subcontractors, if any, and class of work to be completed. Specify Project completion timeline. Alternate Bid: Provide as Alternate Metal Roof cover in place of Asphalt. I. Replace existing asphalt roof with a metal panel roof along with all appropriate trim and vents. II. Replace with 24-26 gauge standing seam metal panels (equal or better) with hidden fasteners and appropriate edges & trim (indicate color choices available and additional associated color costs if applicable).
